    ~allotted onion (coarsely chopped)
    ~salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper bison and fold chopped onion into bison and pat into burger, onion should be all through the burger inside and out.

Heat a saute pan on high heat. When pat is hot, put burger in and burger should sizzle. With a spoon add water to pat also, should sizzle again. Cover, and let cook checking, and adding water when needed. Just add enough to keep it from burning. Turn fire down to medium high and flip burger, dont worry if bottom of pan is a little burnt on. Flip and cover again. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Take burger off when completely cooked. So ono! You can also reserve some onion and slice and cook to top burger with. Use sweet onion (from sams). ~3.5 ground beef or bison
    ~allotted fresh spinach
    ~salt pepper to taste

Put half the spinach on a big tin foil, put the ground beef in a ball in the center, and put the rest of the spinach on the top. Fold the tin foil and make a laulau. Put the laulau, held together in by the foil, in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Now you have a laulau! Its good also if you make 2 smaller laulau, the beef cooks better and it seems like you have more to eat. Salt the beef and the spinach to taste.
