  1. aloha everybody its brada nate its my second time on drops lost 34 lbs in 4 weeks for a total of 90 lbs from 301 to 211.started at a size 48 waist now 34.keep up the good work it works just stick with the program and you will reach or even past your goal.i wanted to reach 220 now im shooting for 200 aloha for now brada nate

  3. OMG, I just finished one complete week of Phase 2, and I lost 18 lbs already!!! I'm so excited and can't believe I'm finally losing weight after all these years. Thanks Brandy!!

  5. Aloha this is Trish and I just finished my first week of Phase 2 and I started the progam weighing 219.1 lbs and 7 days later weigh 205.9 lbs... I'm excited and feel very blessed to have met Brandy as a friend and health coach! With her, you can't go wrong! Thank you Brandy! And the journey continues...

    This is Cheryl. I started Phase 2 on September 1st and so far I've lost 17 pounds! I've never eaten so healthy in my life. I feel great and I'm so excited about losing more weight. I've even started preparing healthy meals for my family and they're enjoying it. Have a Blessed day!

  7. Way to go Cheryl! I just started three days ago and so far I'm very happy with my results. I'm also enjoying the food more than I expected....the flavors are amazingly good! Must be how fresh and natural everything is. I had gotten into bad habits of eating quick prepared foods while on the run. Keep up the good work and keep us posted on how you're doing!   8. Mahalo Susan! I just started my 4th week of Phase 2 and I'm at 23 pounds! I talked with my family last night and informed them we will all be on the same healthy menu once Phase 3 starts.
